Cookie Policy

Last updated August 25, 2026

Stow uses cookies for one thing: keeping you signed in. There are no advertising cookies, no cross-site trackers, and no third-party analytics cookies — which is why there is no cookie banner.

Cookies we set

The only cookies Stow sets are strictly necessary, first-party session cookies from our authentication layer:

  • Session cookie — identifies your signed-in session so you stay logged in as you move around the app. Removed when the session ends or you sign out.
  • Auth security cookies — short-lived companions the sign-in flow uses to protect against forgery during login, signup, and OAuth consent.

Because these are essential for the service to function, they do not require consent under EU cookie rules — and they are the only kind we use.

Cookies we do not set

  • No advertising or retargeting cookies.
  • No third-party analytics or tracking pixels.
  • No cross-site or social-media cookies.

If we ever introduce optional analytics, this page will be updated first and any non-essential cookie will be opt-in.

Managing cookies

You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings at any time. Blocking the session cookie means you cannot stay signed in to Stow, but the marketing pages keep working.
